1 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/4" sticks
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Shake-N-Bake
Preheat oven to 425. Dip zucchini into egg wash. Toss into
Shake-N-Bake bag with Parmesan cheese and Shake-N-Bake. Place on
baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 12-13 minutes, turning pan
halfway through cooking time (to cook evenly). This is light in
calories and delicious.
