3 Tbsp. margarine 3 Tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded American cheese 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 3 eggs lightly beaten 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt margarine over low heat; blend in flour until smooth. Cook and stir for about 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Add spinach, bread crumbs, eggs, and seasonings. Mix well. Spoon into ungreased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6-8 servings.
