2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Defrost broccoli. Beat eggs. Fold cheeses, flour, salt, onion
salt, and water chestnuts into eggs. Stir in broccoli. Put into
greased oblong casserole. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350
for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 servings
