8 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten well
1 c. mayonnaise (I use Duke's light)
salt and pepper to taste
Cook broccoli according to package directions for 5 minutes; drain.
Put into baking dish (8 x 8 works well). Mix all ingredients and
pour over broccoli. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
