3 Tbsp. butter 1 onion, chopped 20 oz. frozen broccoli florets, cooked and drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. mayonnaise 2 eggs beaten 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 12 Ritz crackers 2 Tbsp. butter Sauté onion in 3 Tbsp. butter. Combine all other ingredients except crackers and 2 Tbsp. butter. Top with crackers, crushed and mixed in melted 2 Tbsp. butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
