20 oz. broccoli, chopped (cooked and drained)
1 small onion, diced fine
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
3-4 slices bread, crumbled
Mix broccoli, onion, mayonnaise, soup, eggs, salt and pepper. Put
into a buttered casserole dish. Add cheese. Mix bread crumbs with
butter, then add over top of the cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for
35 minutes. Remove the cover for the last 15 minutes to brown.
