3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 whole eggs (beaten)
1 stick margarine
Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and margarine. Pour into
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick margarine
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Mix brown sugar, flour, and margarine. Sprinkle over the casserole
mixture. Finish by sprinkling nuts over entire casserole. Bake at
350 for 25 minutes.
