3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Potatoes may be prepared several days ahead and refrigerated. Do
not add topping until ready to cook.
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 stick margarine
1/3 c. flour
Combine ingredients, mixing well. Add topping to sweet potato
mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
