3 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
pinch of salt
1 stick margarine, melted
Mix together and pour into greased casserole.
1 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 oz. can coconut
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine
Mix to crumb consistency. Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350 for
35 minutes. Note: I like pecan pieces in the topping.
