1 large can sweet potatoes
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
Cook potatoes and mash. Do not add seasoning. Cool and roll into
balls. Open crescent rolls and put a potato ball in each roll;
place in baking dish.
1 c. sugar
1 c. 7up or Sprite
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon. Cook to dissolve. Pour
over sweet potatoes and crescent rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 until rolls are brown.
Note: Apples can be used instead of potatoes.
