4 large potatoes, sliced or diced 1 onion, diced 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1 can cream of celery soup 1 pt. sour cream 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated Corn Flakes, crumbled Dice or slice potatoes and boil. Saute onion in butter. Add soup, sour cream, and cheese. Mix all ingredients well and top with corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
