32 oz. pkg. hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 stick butter
12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz. sour cream
1 can fried onion rings, crushed
Mix all ingredients except potatoes, saving some cheese and 1/4 can
of onion rings for later. Stir in potatoes and place in pan.
Cook at 325 for 45 minutes. Remove and place remaining crushed
onion rings and cheese on top; return to oven for 15 additional
