10 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 Tbsp. butter, divided
2 Tbsp. dried minced onions
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
Cook potatoes, drain, and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, 4
Tbsp. butter, onion, and salt. Stir until smooth and cream cheese
and butter are melted. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Melt remaining butter and drizzle over potatoes. Sprinkle with
paprika. Bake covered at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 30
