Breakstone's or Knudsen sour cream 1 medium onion (about 1 c.), chopped 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 lb. 14. oz. bag frozen shredded hash brown potatoes 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4" slices Preheat oven to 400. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes and sausage; mix lightly. Spoon into 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed lightly with cooking spray; cover with foil. Bake 40-45 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 16 servings @ 3/4 c.
