HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Combine all ingredients except crackers and 1 stick butter; pour
into 9 x 13 pan. Combine crackers and 1 stick melted butter.
Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
