1 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. corn starch pinch of salt 1 can evaporated milk + enough milk to make 2 cups 3 eggs, beaten 2 cans cream corn 1 stick butter, melted Mix sugar, corn starch and a pinch of salt. Add milk, eggs, and cream corn; mix well. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 dish. Pour melted butter over mixture. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
