1 lb. frozen cut green beans 1/4 c. olive oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. rosemary, finely chopped and dried Thaw green beans in colander. Put olive oil, garlic, salt, and rosemary in a wok or non-stick skillet and mix. Heat oil mixture until it begins to bubble. Add green beans; stir fry until beans are softened.
