RICE CASSEROLE

1 stick butter
1 c. cooked rice
1 can consommé
1 can water
1 4-oz. can mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
salt and pepper
dash oregano

Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter in 9 x 13 dish. Add consomme,
water, mushrooms, onion, salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake 25
minutes, then lower heat to 400 and cook 30 minutes longer.
