4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. quick grits (not instant)
1 large egg, beaten lightly
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Bring milk just to a boil. Slowly add butter and grits. Cook 5-7
minutes until tender. Add all ingredients except Parmesan. Spread
into 7 x 11 pan. Top evenly with Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 40
minutes. Loved by my grown grandchildren.
