8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. macaroni, cooked
2-3 eggs
1 1/2 lb. Balfour cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2-3 shakes seasons salt or soul seasoning

Mix all together and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
