8 oz. elbow macaroni
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain but return to pan. Add
butter, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat,
stirring frequently until cheese melts.
