1 lb. baby carrots, cut lengthwise 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. tarragon 1/2 c. orange juice Place carrots in saucepan. Cover with 1" water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-8 minutes. Drain and add salt, pepper, tarragon, and orange juice. Heat through on low heat.
