1 pkg. yeast 3/4 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. Bisquick 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. butter, melted Preheat oven to 400. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put Bisquick, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl; mix well. Flour work surface. Pour out dough and knead 12-15 times. Grease 12 x 15 pan. Shape dough into rolls and place on greased pan. Cover with damp towel and let rise 1 hour. Brush with melted butter. Bake 12-15 minutes. Brush again with melted butter when biscuits come out of the oven.
