2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk
Cut shortening into flour; add milk. Stir with fork; knead 10
times. Roll dough to about 1/2" thickness. Cut into biscuits with
biscuit cutter or a drinking glass. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 for 8-12 minutes.
