UNLEAVENED BREAD

2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Biblical flavorings: hyssop, onion, garlic, sesame seed

Combine flour, olive oil, and salt with the water to form a dough;
knead for 3 minutes. Add chosen flavorings. Divide into 8 balls.
Flatten each into thin rounds and prick with a fork. Cook
individually over a hot cooking stove or bake on a greased cookie
sheet for 10 minutes in a hot oven (500).
