1 pkg. spice cake mix
1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. craisins (dry cranberries)

Preheat ove to 350. Lightly grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Place
the cake mix, brown sugar, mashed bananas, buttermilk, oil, eggs,
and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Blend with mixer on low speed
for 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl. Increase mixer speed to
medium and beat 2 minutes more. Fold in pecans and craisins.
Divide batter between prepared pans and place them in middle of
oven side by side. Bake 40-45 minutes until toothpick inserted in
cake comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes on wire rack. Run knife
around pans and invert on rack; cool for 30 more minutes.
