2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Crisco Oil 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. honey 3 fully ripe bananas 1/3-1/2 c. chopped nuts Beat eggs with sugar and oil. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Add honey. Add thoroughly mashed bananas and nuts; mix well. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 325 for 1 hour. Freezes nicely.
