1 stick margarine, melted and cooled 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. small curd cottage cheese 1 c. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 tsp. salt 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin or Cornbread mix small onion, chopped Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 glass casserole dish.
