CORN MUFFINS

1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
2 Tbsp. sugar (level)
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream style corn

Mix all ingredients. Fills a 9-muffin loaf pan or an 8 x 8 dish.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until a golden brown color.
