CRISP WAFFLES

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Combine first six ingredients and then fold in the stiffly beaten
egg whites. Cook in heated waffle iron. Serve with warm butter
and syrup.
