1 stick butter 1 lb. dates, cut up 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 2 c. Rice Krispies 1/2 tsp. vanilla coconut (to roll balls in) Melt butter in pan; add dates. Beat eggs with sugar and add to the butter and dates. Stir until thick. When cool enough to handle, add Rice Krispies and vanilla. Form into small balls and roll in coconut. Refrigerate.
