1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Cream butter and shortening; add sugar and eggs, one at a time,
beating well after each egg. Sift dry ingredients. Add vanilla,
milk, and dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternately,
beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Spray bundt pan with
Pillsbury Baking Spray with Flour. Bake at 325 for 80 minutes
until toothpick comes out clean.
