1 1/2 c. margarine, softened
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cream margarine; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at
a time, beating well. Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Add to
creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending
with flour mixture. Mix well after each addition. Add boiling
water and mix well. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Pour batter
into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
and 20 minutes or until cake is done. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
