1/2 lb. creamy butter 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. plain flour 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 tsp. lemon flavoring 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and then other ingredients. Put in cold oven. Set oven for 375; bake 1 1/2 hours or until done. Note: Sometimes have to turn oven down as cake cooks.
