1/2 lb. butter, softened 3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. soda 2 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring 1 c. sour cream 6 eggs 3 c. flour Cream butter; beat in sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Beat in soda and flavoring. Add sour cream; beat in eggs, 2 at a time. Blend in flour. Place batter in greased and floured large Turk's head pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cool for 15 minutes before turning out of pan.
