1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 small pkg. lemon Jello (cannot be sugar free)
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
3/4 c. oil
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake mix and Jello. Add water and eggs,
one at a time. Beat and add lemon extract and oil. Grease and
flour 9 x 13 pan. Pour in cake mixture and bake for 30-40 minutes
or until toothpick comes out clean. When done, poke holes in cake
with fork and pour glaze over warm cake.
1 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Mix ingredients and pour over warm cake.
