1 pkg. Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until well
blended (about 3 minutes). Pour into a well-greased tube pan.
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Add glaze.
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dissolve powdered sugar in lemon juice; glaze cake.
