1 box white cake mix 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. water 1/2 c. oil 4 large egg whites 1/2 c. mashed strawberries Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, Jello, water, and oil. Beat 1 minute on low speed, then 4 minutes on medium. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cake batter, along with mashed strawberries. Pour into 3 greased and floured 8" cake pans. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool, then spread your choice of cream cheese or whipped cream frosting.
