2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Grease 13 x 9 pan and put in a layer of graham crackers. Cook
butter, sugar, egg, and milk until mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and add pecans, coconut and graham cracker crumbs.
Pour over layer of crackers in pan. Put another layer of crackers
2 c. confectioner's sugar
3/4 c. soft margarine or butter
2 tsp. milk (or more)
2 tsp. vanilla
Combine ingredients; put over crackers. Put in refrigerator until
it sets. Cut into squares and serve.
