21-oz. can cherry or apple pie filling 1 pkg. 18 1/4-oz. yellow cake mix 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted 1/3 c. chopped walnuts (opt.) Place cherry pie filling in a slow cooker. Combine dry cake mix and butter (mixture will be crumbly); sprinkle over the filling. Sprinkle with walnuts, if desired. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Serve in bowls.
