8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2/3 c. sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl with electric mixer. Gradually add sugar; mix well. Add in Cool Whip and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spoon into crust and chill before serving. This pie freezes well and can be eaten frozen. Add your favorite fruit topping, if you like. You can also use 2/3 c. Splenda to sweeten in place of sugar.
