Sheet Cake 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. water 4 Tbsp. cocoa 2 beaten eggs 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix flour and sugar together; set aside. Bring butter, water and cocoa to a boil, then pour over flour mixture and stir. Stir in 2 beaten eggs. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, baking soda, and cinnamon; mix well. Pour onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Start making frosting when cake is half baked. Frosting 1/2 c. butter 4 Tbsp. cocoa 6 Tbsp. milk 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans Combine butter, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Ice cake when it comes from the oven.
