1 box Swiss or German Chocolate cake mix 1 small box instant chocolate pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 3 eggs 1 c. oil 1 small bag miniature chocolate chips Combine cake mix, pudding, milk, eggs, and oil until smooth. After mixed, add chocolate chips and stir in just to mix. Grease 2 9" pans, pour in mixture, and bake at 325 for about 20 minutes or until done. Cool completely. Icing 8 oz. softened cream cheese 12 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar 4 Hershey bars (ground) In another bowl, mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar. Then ice layers. Decorate the finished cake with bits of the ground Hershey bars. Store in refrigerator.
