1 qt. peaches, peeled and sliced 5 Tbsp. self-rising flour 5 Tbsp. sugar 1 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. milk 1 stick butter, softened 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water Place peaches on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix together 5 Tbsp. flour and 5 Tbsp. sugar. Sprinkle over peaches. Mix 1 c. flour, milk, and butter; spread over dry mixture and peaches.Combine 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. water; pour over peach mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Can use other fruits.
