3 c. apples, peeled and chopped 2 c. fresh cranberries 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 c. sugar 3 1 5/8-oz. pkgs. cinnamon and spice oatmeal 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. butter, melted pecan halves additional fresh cranberries Combine apples, 2 c. cranberries and 2 Tbsp. flour, tossing to coat. Add 1 c. sugar, mixing well. Place in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine oatmeal, pecans, 1/2 c. flour, and brown sugar. Add butter and stir well. Spoon over fruit mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes. Garnish with pecan halves and cranberries. Yield: 6-8 servings.
