APPLE CRISP

5 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients. Place in 7-8" ramekins.

Topping
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter, chopped in small pieces
1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in
bowl. Blend in butter until it forms pea-sized lumps. Stir in
pecans. Sprinkle over filling in ramekins. Bake 35-40 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
