1 c. flour 1 stick butter (softened) 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. confectioners sugar 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 Cool Whip 3 c. milk 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding Combine flour and butter. Press into 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle nuts over crust. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. While crust cools, combine sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Combine milk and pudding mix and beat. Spread this mixture over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top (opt.).
