Grease 9 x 13 pan. Prepare brownie mix as directed on box; spread into pan. In small bowl beat cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, then egg, and vanilla. Pour over brownie mix. Bake 40 minutes or until top is slightly brown. Cool. Spread with frosting. Cut into bars. Yield: 3 doz.
