CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

1 pkg. brownie mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
14-oz. can Eagle Brand milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 can ready-to-spread chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Prepare brownie mix as
directed on box; spread into pan. In small bowl beat cream cheese,
butter, and cornstarch until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, then
egg, and vanilla. Pour over brownie mix. Bake 40 minutes or until
top is slightly brown. Cool. Spread with frosting. Cut into
bars. Yield: 3 doz.
