1 large box vanilla pudding, cooking kind vanilla wafers 1 small can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 small can mandarin oranges, chopped Mix pudding according to directions on box. After cooking, remove from heat and let cool. Line baking dish with vanilla wafers; set aside. Add pineapple, nuts, and mandarin oranges to cooked pudding; stir well.
