1 stick butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 Tbsp. confectioner's sugar 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin 11 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. whipped topping 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 large can cheery or strawberry pie topping Mix butter, crumbs, and confectioner's sugar. Press into bottom of 9 x 9 dish. Sprinkle with gelatin. Mix cream cheese, whipped topping, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crust. Refrigerate overnight. Top with pie topping.
